Terms of Services

1. Payment
           To reserve a slot, the customer should pay in full or at least 50% on the due date. Remaining balance should be paid one day before delivery or pick up date. Otherwise we cannot release your orders. Payment is strictly nonrefundable.
2. Refund
 　      We have no cancellation policy but you may postpone your order one time at no charge with strictly two weeks notice. More than one date change and less than two weeks notice will result in a fee of up to 25% of the order total.
3. Customization
             Pictures shown for customized cakes and cupcakes are for basis only. There may be "slight" difference in colors and details. If you didn't like it, please be aware that we don't give any refunds.
4. Damages
            We will not be responsible for any damages to the cakes or pastries once handed to you.
5. Agreement
           Once you e-transferred your partial/full payment, that means you have already agreed to the policies.
